This time is based on your personal needs and can be used however you choose. Layout / spacial planning, paint color selections, or help selecting finishes, are a few examples. I’m happy to meet with contractors during this time, too. I recommend coming ready with a list of questions, paper and pen to take notes, and floor plans or measurements handy if we’ll be discussing spacial planning.

*In-person consultations include up to 10 miles driving distance. Additional travel time will be quoted prior to appointment for longer distances, based on standard mileage rate.

Design Boards are customized to fit the specific needs of a client.

A Design Board can include hard surface or permanent finishes, such as flooring, countertops, tile, and light fixtures. Or soft finishes such as furniture, rugs, window treatments, lamps and accessories, or a combination of both. Two tweaks to the design are included in the price, if requested.

Links to each item will be included with the room board when possible, but Design Boards can also be used to provide inspiration to use when shopping on your own.

“Mini” - Perfect for a small area like an entryway or half bath (Up to 5 items) - $250

Single Room (Up to 10 items) - $450

*Photos, dimensions of space, and questionnaire will be emailed to you at the time of purchase.

*An email with custom design board will be emailed to you within two weeks from the day the order is made and questionnaire completed.

Using items you already have in your home, I can help it feel more styled, balanced, and comfortable. This service includes rearranging furniture and decor items, styling shelves, mantels, hanging items on walls, hanging curtains, organizing, and purging.

We can also borrow or swap items from other rooms if approved, and make suggestions for items to donate, sell, or purchase.

I’m confident you will feel more relaxed in your home, without having to purchase anything!

The price includes 4 hours with a 2 person-team to rearrange your space, and a pre-shuffle virtual consult (15-30 min). This can also be completed following an initial consult, and purchasing items or painting beforehand.

Renovations can be overwhelming! Let me walk through the renovation process with you. I can help make design decisions, find reliable sources & subcontractors, and assist with budgeting.

Customized plans start at $2,500 and may include:

-Kitchen or layout design, guidance selecting paint colors, flooring, countertops, fixtures, or furniture.

-Meeting and collaborating with contractors

-Customized design boards

-Layout sketches & elevations (kitchen or bathroom)

-Phone calls/texts throughout the project

-Access to personal contacts for labor

*A completed questionnaire and preliminary meeting required before pricing / scope is developed.

Are you comfortable with making most design decisions, but just need another set of eyes before making final decisions? This option is for you! This is a monthly fee and includes text messaging and video messaging through the app Marco Polo. Ranges from $100-$500/month depending on scope, needs, and timeline of project.
